Sketch.Social is a collaborative platform where users can create, share, remix, and interact with visual content. The platform is built around creativity, experimentation, and community participation. By creating an account or using Sketch.Social, you agree to these Terms of Service.
By posting content publicly on Sketch.Social, you understand that other users may view, share, remix, adapt, and build upon your content within the platform. Collaboration is a core feature of Sketch.Social, and participation implies acceptance of this collaborative environment.
Use of Sketch.Social is a privilege, not a guaranteed right. We reserve the right to moderate content and users to maintain a safe and productive community.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Sketch.Social.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and are at least 16 years old to use the platform.
By using Sketch.Social, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.
Beta Status
Sketch.Social may be offered as an early-access or beta service.
Features may change, break, be removed, or become unavailable without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability, or preservation of any content.
The platform may introduce advertisements, subscriptions, premium features, or paid services in the future.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to:
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Misrepresent your identity
- Circumvent platform restrictions
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- Use Sketch.Social for unlawful purposes
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to Sketch.Social.
By uploading content, you grant Sketch.Social a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote that content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the platform.
This license ends when content is deleted, except where retention is reasonably necessary for backups, legal compliance, enforcement, or technical operations.
Collaborative Content & Remixing
Collaboration is a fundamental feature of Sketch.Social.
By posting content publicly, you grant other Sketch.Social users permission to view, share, remix, adapt, edit, and create derivative works from your content within the Sketch.Social platform.
Users retain ownership of the content they create while participating in collaborative works. When multiple users contribute to a collaborative project, thread, or artwork, each contributor retains ownership of the portions they create while granting the permissions necessary for continued collaboration within Sketch.Social.
Sketch.Social does not determine ownership disputes between users and reserves the right to remove disputed content at its discretion.
Prohibited Content & Conduct
You may not upload, post, transmit, or share content that:
- Violates any law
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Contains threats, harassment, or targeted abuse
- Promotes violence or criminal activity
- Constitutes spam or deceptive activity
- Contains sexually explicit content involving minors
- Violates the rights, privacy, or safety of others
We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts for any conduct that we believe harms the platform or its users.
Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for content you create, upload, share, or distribute through Sketch.Social.
You represent that:
- You have the right to upload the content
- The content does not infringe the rights of others
- The content complies with applicable laws
Sketch.Social does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or reliability of user-generated content.
Content Moderation
Sketch.Social reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, remove, restrict, edit, or disable access to any content or account at our sole discretion.
We may suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations of these Terms, harmful conduct, legal concerns, security concerns, or any activity we determine may negatively affect the platform or its users.
Copyright Complaints
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Sketch.Social infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@sketch.social with sufficient information to investigate the claim.
We may remove content, restrict access, or take other actions as appropriate.
Third-Party Services
Sketch.Social may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. We do not control or endorse third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, policies, or actions. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party.
Advertisements
Sketch.Social may display advertisements and sponsored content. We are not responsible for products, services, or claims made by advertisers.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Sketch.Social is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee that the platform will be secure, error-free, or continuously available.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sketch.Social, its founders, contributors, affiliates, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform.
This includes loss of data, loss of profits, service interruptions, account termination, user disputes, content removal, or reliance on user-generated content. Your use of Sketch.Social is entirely at your own risk.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sketch.Social and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Your content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sketch.Social regarding use of the platform. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
